This came in from my friend this morning.

"seeing as I don't spend about 15 minutes in the day care prior to work, take an extra 15 minutes in the cafeteria getting breakfast and socializing, then come up to chat with co-workers about kids in school, who's pregnant, etc., hop on facebook till about 10:30, go to meetings where we schedule another one to talk about the same thing, work out in the gym, then "work" at my desk while I eat my lunch, plug in a few stats into an automatically formatted excel sheet, attend a "networking" event, then go home right at five…. Is it cool if I change my hours from 1 to 3:30?"
